Tuition Policy

Effective Upon Acceptance and Selection of Start Date

By submitting an application and enrolling a student at Level Up Scholars Academy (“the Academy”), the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) (“Responsible Party”) acknowledge and agree to the following Tuition & Financial Responsibility Policy.

An Initial Tuition Payment is required once a student is accepted and a start date is selected. This payment secures the student’s enrollment and covers:

• Student onboarding and account setup
• Asynchronous curriculum access beginning within three (3) school days of the selected start date
• The remainder of the calendar month in which the student begins

Full instructional support for newly enrolled students begins on:

• The 1st of the next month, or
• The start of the next academic quarter,
  whichever occurs sooner.

Families whose selected start date falls within the last seven (7) days of any month will have their Initial Tuition Payment applied toward the following month’s tuition and will receive early curriculum access as part of onboarding.

Families may select a start date up to one (1) year in advance, provided the Initial Tuition Payment is made at the time the date is reserved.

• Monthly tuition is charged on the 1st of each month.
• Tuition is collected through automatic payment (autopay) using the Academy’s designated billing platform.
• Families with multiple enrolled children will receive one combined monthly invoice.

All families must maintain an active autopay method on file.

If a payment fails:

• The family will be notified
• Access to coursework, platforms, or classes may be suspended until the account is brought current

Families who wish to prepay tuition annually may contact the Academy to inquire about available options or discounts.

• Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of admission outcome.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment.

• A thirty (30) day written notice is required to withdraw a student.
• Tuition due within the 30-day notice period remains payable.

For families who prepaid for a full year:

• Any unused tuition beyond the 30-day notice period will be refunded or credited
• Refunds or credits are calculated at the standard monthly tuition rate
• The account must be in good standing at the time of withdrawal

The Initial Tuition Payment is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

Failure to remain current on tuition may result in:

• Suspension of instructional or platform access
• Withholding of academic records
• Loss of discounts or tuition concessions
• Administrative withdrawal from the Academy

Enrollment at Level Up Scholars Academy constitutes an ongoing financial obligation until properly withdrawn in accordance with this policy.

• Tuition rates are established annually and may vary by grade level or program.
• Families will be notified in advance of any tuition changes affecting future billing periods.
• Tuition already paid is not subject to retroactive adjustment.

By enrolling a student and submitting payment, the Responsible Party acknowledges that they:

• Have reviewed and understand this Tuition Policy
• Accept responsibility for all tuition and applicable fees
• Understand the timing of onboarding, curriculum access, and full instructional support
• Agree to comply with all tuition and payment requirements of the Academy
