Effective Upon Acceptance and Selection of Start Date
By submitting an application and enrolling a student at Level Up Scholars Academy (“the Academy”), the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) (“Responsible Party”) acknowledge and agree to the following Tuition & Financial Responsibility Policy.
An Initial Tuition Payment is required once a student is accepted and a start date is selected. This payment secures the student’s enrollment and covers:
Full instructional support for newly enrolled students begins on:
Families whose selected start date falls within the last seven (7) days of any month will have their Initial Tuition Payment applied toward the following month’s tuition and will receive early curriculum access as part of onboarding.
Families may select a start date up to one (1) year in advance, provided the Initial Tuition Payment is made at the time the date is reserved.
All families must maintain an active autopay method on file.
If a payment fails:
Families who wish to prepay tuition annually may contact the Academy to inquire about available options or discounts.
For families who prepaid for a full year:
The Initial Tuition Payment is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Failure to remain current on tuition may result in:
Enrollment at Level Up Scholars Academy constitutes an ongoing financial obligation until properly withdrawn in accordance with this policy.
