Enrollment Process
Step 1: Submit your application.
Getting started is simple—just complete our short online application. You’ll be asked to provide:
- Basic applicant information
- A brief statement about your goals
- Recent transcripts or academic records (if applicable)
Step 2: Academic Review
Our team will review your application and any submitted records to determine academic fit and placement.
You will typically receive a response within 1–3 business days.
Step 3: Live Enrollement Interview
You’ll be invited to a 20–30 minute virtual meeting to:
- Discuss your goals
- Review your academic path
- Answer any questions
- Ensure Level Up Scholars Academy is the right fit
Step 4: Enrollment & Next Steps
Following your interview, you will receive an admissions decision by email.
If accepted, you will:
- Confirm your start date
- Complete enrollment
- Submit your initial payment
Students who choose to delay their start date beyond 30 days may be required to submit an enrollment fee to secure placement.
Step 5: Schedule & Learning Plan
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive access to select your learning schedule based on your academic track and availability.
Options may include:
- Morning or afternoon learning blocks
- Live, instructor-led core sessions
- Optional enrichment opportunities (based on availability)
Step 6: Orientation & Onboarding
All new students participate in a virtual orientation to ensure a strong start.
During this process, you will:
- Get set up on all learning platforms
- Review expectations and pacing
- Receive guidance to support consistent progress
