Enrollment Process
Step 1: Submit your application.
Getting started is simple—just complete our short online application. You’ll be asked to provide:
- Basic student and family information
- A short parent/guardian statement
- Recent transcripts or report cards
Step 2: Placement Review
Our team will review the application and previous records to determine academic fit and placement potential. You will typically hear back from us in 1-3 business days.
Step 3: Live Family Interview
We’ll schedule a 20-30 minute virtual meeting with the student and their family to:
- Get to know your goals
- Answer your questions
- Ensure Level Up is the right fit
Step 4: Enrollment Decision + Seat Holding Fee
After your interview, you’ll receive an admission decision by email within 1–3 days.
If accepted, the message will include a welcome packet with next steps. To reserve your child’s place, a non-refundable $149 deposit is due within 7 calendar days. This deposit guarantees their seat at our school and is credited toward your first tuition payment.
Step 5: Course Schedule Selection
Once your seat is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to select your child’s live class schedule based on their academic track and availability. Options may include:
- Morning or afternoon cohorts
- Synchronous core subjects
- Optional enrichment blocks
(Seats are limited and first-come, first-served.)
Step 6: Orientation + Onboarding
New students attend a virtual orientation and tech check to ensure a strong start. You'll meet teachers, explore learning platforms, and review expectations to ensure a strong start.
