Enrollment Agreement

As a condition of enrollment at Level Up Scholars Academy, families are required to read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

Level Up Scholars Academy is an Intragrated™ school legally registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the state of Texas. Our academic model is structured to serve students across the United States, including homeschoolers, traditionally enrolled students, and those seeking flexible learning options.

Transcripts and diplomas issued by Level Up Scholars Academy are considered official and are designed to meet high standards of academic integrity. Transferability of credits and acceptance of diplomas is ultimately at the discretion of the receiving institution or agency. The Academy is not currently accredited by a regional or national accrediting body; however, we are using accredited curriculum and Scholars graduate with an accredited diploma under our partner school. We are actively pursuing accreditation through a nationally recognized organization.

We accept students from across the country, including those currently enrolled in traditional schools, alternative programs, or homeschool environments. Families are responsible for submitting prior academic records, including transcripts, report cards, and attendance documentation when available. Placement and academic planning are determined based on transcript analysis and an intake review by the academic advising team.

Level Up Scholars Academy operates year-round, offering four full academic terms. Instruction includes both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning. Under our Intragrated™ model, meetups and other opportunities to gather in person may be available. Flexible vacation time and credit acceleration pathways are available upon advisor approval.

Students must have access to a reliable computer or tablet, internet connection, and a physical keyboard for written assignments and assessments. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their student has the appropriate equipment.

We provide general counseling and academic support services, and offer enrichment opportunities for advanced learners. While we are not a designated provider of IDEA-based special education services, we do make reasonable efforts to support students with documented needs in a flexible and inclusive online environment.

Level Up Scholars Academy admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. By submitting an application and enrolling in Level Up Scholars Academy:

• I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms.
   
• I understand that the school is legally registered in Texas and uses a 3rd party curriculum provider.
   
• I agree to participate in the academic and attendance expectations of the school.
   
• I understand that transfer of credit and diploma recognition is at the discretion of the receiving institution.
